Cait Bermuhler

Cait is a Niagara trained chef.  After graduation she worked in Vancouver, Australia, UK, New Zealand and most recently Niagara, at Dispatch. She has opened a commercial kitchen, Commis Culinary Work Space & Bushel & Peck a Farm Shop & Artisan Market. Cait is self taught in all areas of her business. She has designed websites, set up an on line store, and has excelled in networking with local suppliers

Cait worked at a members-only SoHo Property in England where the Rolling Stones, Adele & Cameron Diaz dine.

Deanna Shalala

Hi I’m Deanna Shalala and I am a music program creator, teacher, performer and co-founder of Socks & Snacks outreach initiative.

Fun Fact

When I was 20, I sang at the cocktail hour at hospital fund raiser where Brian Adams was the headliner so I like to think that I opened for him!

Stacey Hunt

Hi I’m Stacey Hunt, singer, song writer, recording artist, music teacher and co-founder of Socks & Snacks.

Fun Fact

When I was 16 years old I reached Top 100 in Canada on Canadian Idol. It was an eye-opening experience.

Jess Marshall

After excelling in Catering College, followed by a season in the Swiss Alps, Jess returned to the UK to take over the newly built fish restaurant in a hotel owned by her grandparents. She continued to hone her skills at Babington House, one of the flagship properties of the Soho House Group near Bath. After rising through the ranks and working as the Sous Chef for a few years, she travelled to New Zealand, and then eventually settled in Canada.

Fun Fact

Many times as a small child, her babysitters were line cooks, who kept one eye on her, and the other on the catch of the day.

Giselle Kernahan

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend and entrepreneur. I do aesthetics and I lead support groups. My 6 years coaching has led me to realize a dream of mine. I am beginning a career in Professional Christian Coaching to empower and inspire women through a process of self discovery.

I have been married for 42 years, mother of 2, grandmother of 7 beautiful grandchildren. We have a ball taking selfies. They bring me so much joy!

Patty Bermuhler

After years of designing spaces and house plans for fun, Patty finally left her job running the school store at Ridley College to pursue her twin passions of design and renovation.  She started her business, Bermuhler Design and Renovations, designing renovation projects, kitchen planning, painting and the odd tile job.  Patty is a hard worker but she is most proud of raising 3 incredible daughters who have become remarkably successful women in their own rights.
